Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
Primarily in office and business admin, this role will provide support for the other members of the team in their roles of producing company and personal client accounts.
This may involve some bookkeeping or data entry work using various online systems or Excel. Tasks will also include timely online filing of company details with Companies House; setting up new client files; managing any incoming/outgoing post and some manual filing. There will be some dealing with clients over the phone, via e-mails and letters.
Additionally, you will be assisting our personal tax manager in the collating and filing of Personal Tax, Sole Trader and Partnership accounts.
A great personality with the ability to deal with team members and both current and potential clients over the phone and on a face to face basis is essential.
GCSE (or equivalent) A*-C in English and Maths.
