Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
Your working week will be varied but typical roles and responsibilities will include:
Diary Management for our Managing Director and Senior Management Team
Meeting agenda management, administration, action recording and monitoring
Supporting the drafting of powerpoint presentations and sourcing illustrations
Ensuring that managers are aware of deadlines for actions assigned by the Managing Director and that they are completed on time
Sending out reminders and ensuring that employees are compliant when asked to update corporate performance data and action updates
Supporting office management duties such as setting up meeting rooms, greeting guests, office supplies, accepting deliveries and storing office goods
Shredding, filing, printing, buying refreshments, phone answering
First line enquiry support for sub-tenants within the building
Help draft and send out corporate messages via e-mail and online
Jobholders are required to undertake any other duties within their capabilities as may be reasonably required.
Successful applicants will need to:
Be personable, professional and comfortable dealing with people at all levels of seniority including managers, residents, suppliers and colleagues
Have excellent written and spoken English
Have accurate data input skills
Be able to build good working relationships to promote effective working
Be confident in the use of IT
Be able to effectively manage and prioritise workload to meet performance targets
Effectively resolve enquiries in a polite and professional manner
Be passionate about delivering extremely high standards of service
Must have 5 GCSE (or equivalent) grade A*-C including English and Maths.

The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour (from 1st April 2018 this rises to £3.70 per hour). This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship.
For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.

repair and maintain housing stock and communal areas

manage local estates including caretaking, cleaning and maintaining grounds
