    Recruitment Administrator (Apprentice)

    We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Recruitment Administrator.  We are a dynamic and hardworking team seeking an individual who enjoys working at a fast pace and enjoys being kept busy.

    The Recruitment Administrator role is integral to our business and the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to learn further aspects within recruitment and develop into other roles within the business at a later stage.

    The Recruitment Administrator has the responsibility of supporting the team, with duties including:

    • all general administration and filing
    • loading candidate CVs and registration documentation to CRM system
    • updating candidate information
    • CV formatting
    • updating the status of vacancies using database
    • CV sourcing using company CRM
    • candidate sourcing using jobs boards and social media
    • preparing placing, updating and renewing online advertisements
    • taking telephone messages and checking voicemail

    Ideally, we are seeking a candidate who has the following experience:

    • experience on Microsoft Outlook and Word packages
    • previous administration experience within a professional services environment
    • working in a fast paced environment and not daunted by working to deadlines
    • social media experience
    • GCSE at C or above in Maths and English
