    Responsibilities in the following areas will be:

    • Event communications:
    • Collecting responses to key communications from multiple sources and ensuring full and up to date information is maintained in lists and spreadsheets
    • Dealing with requests for parking permits, updating trackers and issuing them
    • Maintaining a system for saving PowerPoint presentations sent in by facilitators for QA
    • Keeping track of late responses that need to be chased; time management is essential Collating and summarising Harris Federation Transforming Lives Awards nominations
    • Event administration:
    • Creating and printing maps, signage and delegate pack inserts
    • Creating, printing, cutting, assembling and alphabetising name badges
    • Packing and labelling boxes of event materials for courier deliveries
    • Proof-reading documents and presentations, a high level of attention to detail is required
    • Creating and updating event PowerPoints
    • Creating and printing registration lists and workshop sign-in sheets
    • Consultant support:
    • Managing course bookings
    • Ordering and preparation of resources
    • Printing, photocopying and distributing documents within the Federation and externally

    Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

    Personal qualities:

    Outgoing, Good attention to detail

    Qualifications required:

    • Minimum grade C-A* at GCSE, including Maths and English (or Functional Skills level 2 in both). You will also have good knowledge of IT including all Microsoft packages.
