Advanced Level Apprenticeship
This role is an exciting opportunity to start and develop your career in operational management! Over a period of 24 months you will be working through a structured training programme which will give you an overview of all branch operations. During this time you will be supporting all aspects of activity within a number branches in your “cluster”. You will be providing a strong customer service focus, whilst learning & developing through the management training programme. At the end of the programme trainees will be apply for a permanent first line management position and will be expected to be mobile. You will also be working towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Team Leading and ILM level 3 qualification.
